57 Years, Time for a Change!

The black blazer uniform has been worn by The York Philharmonic Choir since1967.

Over the years, we've had difficulty sourcing the right coloured trousers and jackets, and our ties were always out of stock. Because of these challenges, it was decided that it was time for a change!

The choir were canvassed regarding colour and style of the proposed new uniform and after much deliberation, it was agreed. The results can be seen in the photograph below.

The uniforms first outing was on the 26th of February where the choir performed at Joseph Rowntree Theatre. It was a fantastic evening and we're pleased to have received such positive feedback on the new uniform.
